Refund Policy

 

Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Every item is custom-produced just for you.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

We accept claims within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Item received damaged or defective

Misprint or manufacturing error

Wrong item received

Package lost in transit (claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date)

 

To submit a claim, contact us at teeshirtshop.startup@gmail.com with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the defect or damage

We will review your request and get back to you with next steps. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund.

 

 

What We Do Not Cover

 

Change of mind or incorrect size ordered

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Claims submitted after 30 days of receiving your order

 

Refunds

 

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at teeshirtshop.startup@gmail.com.

 

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

 

As our products are manufactured on demand specifically for each order, certain withdrawal rights may not apply where permitted by applicable law.

However, your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable.
